The affiliation window for the 2022/23 season is now open.

The deadline for entries is 31st May 2022.

The email address to submit your forms to is listed on the Affiliation forms, which are available in the Forms/Docs section.

To affiliate you need to submit one Form A1 per club, and separate A2 Forms for each team (or pair of mini teams) you wish to enter. Teams being entered for the first time at Under 11 or above also need a New Team Questionnaire to be completed and returned to the email address on the form.

Please ensure all teams entered with us are included on your affiliation with your County FA over the Summer.

Please also remember to send your entry deposits to the League’s bank account before the deadline. The fee for this is £5 per team and remember that a pair of mini soccer teams submitted on the same form still counts as two teams! Please use your club name as the payment reference so we can allocate payments to the correct clubs.
